No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscriptions.

You may upload photos or submit personal inputs (e.g., answers, preferences) for features like AI-generated images or audio sessions. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it solely to provide app services.

We do not store or use your content for training AI models or third-party advertising.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the App.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content (text, design, features, images, etc.) is owned by the App team or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any part of the App’s content without express written permission.
