4. Face Data

Our App uses the device camera and on-device detection to validate that a human face is present before generating AI images or effects. The following applies to all face data:

• Collection: We do not store or transmit facial geometry or recognition templates. Face validation happens locally on your device.
• Use: Face data is used solely for real-time validation to improve feature performance and prevent invalid uploads.
• Retention: We do not retain any facial geometry. If you upload a photo for processing, it is stored securely only long enough to generate the requested AI content (up to 24 hours) and then permanently deleted.
• Sharing: We do not share facial geometry or face data with any third parties. Third-party AI processing services receive only the uploaded photo—not facial geometry—and are required to delete files after processing.
• Third-Party Practices: Any third-party services we use are contractually obligated to protect your data and delete temporary files promptly after processing.

• Manage notification preferences from your device settings
